The Global Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Enrico De Barbieri as Chapter President of the GCCI Italy, San Marino & Principality of Monaco Chapter.

The appointment forms part of GCCI’s continued international expansion and its mission to strengthen cross-border trade, investment, entrepreneurship, SME development, and global business cooperation.

As Chapter President, Mr. De Barbieri will provide strategic leadership for GCCI activities across Italy, the Republic of San Marino, and the Principality of Monaco. His responsibilities will include developing relationships with businesses, chambers of commerce, trade organizations, investors, professional associations, and institutional partners, while supporting GCCI-approved business initiatives throughout the region.

The Chapter will focus on key areas including:

• International trade and export promotion
• Foreign direct investment and market access
• SME and entrepreneurship development
• B2B business matchmaking
• Trade missions and international delegations
• Business forums, conferences and exhibitions
• Innovation and technology cooperation
• Women and youth entrepreneurship
• Strategic partnerships and international networking
